Marguerite A. Pisano
Marguerite A. Pisano, 83, of Mount Vernon, NY passed away peacefully on February 20, 2017 at home. Visitation for family and friends is at Yannantuono Funeral Home, 584 Gramatan Avenue, Mt. Vernon, NY, on Thursday, February 23 from 4 to 8 pm. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Catherine’s Church, Pelham, NY at 10 a.m. Friday, February 24. Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, New Rochelle, NY.
Ms. Pisano was a lifelong resident of Mount Vernon. Born on October 30, 1933, a daughter of the late George Julius and Margaret Scarlett Pisano. She was a long-time employee of Union Carbide previously located in Elmsford, NY. Ms. Pisano was predeceased by four siblings, Charles Pisano, Sr, Jane Eccleston, Louis Pisano and George Pisano. She is survived by three generations of nieces and nephews. In her post retirement years, Ms. Pisano spent her time babysitting, taking trips, especially to play BINGO and enjoying social outings with many cherished friends.
